For students that are on campus, 5th Graders are asked to return their devices by May 19th (for A group) and May 21st (for B group). All other grade levels must turn their devices in by May 28th at the latest. For DLO we will start collecting your devices on May 26th thru June 4th. However you are in 5th Grade DLO please return your device by May 28th. You will not receive a Return Envelope unless you call ahead of time to pick it up. You can start picking up your Return Envelopes now. Otherwise, when you return your devices, please make sure that you bring everything to the office.

Oklahoma Kahana So today we're going to be talking about device returns currently device returns are scheduled from May 17th through May 28th the week before you folks will also be getting turn envelope if you happen to be a student that is on campus envelope full of something it'll have your name please make sure that your student name is spelled correctly this is super important I'll be both your first name and your last name as you can see here this envelope belongs to the minute Hooda Math so once he gets the envelope he is going to come down here and he is going to look at the notes in the notes will see exactly what so as you can see here he brought an iPad a keyboard block and cord and then he also barred a hotspot blocking Court we start off with something like this that is usually it'll start with 2 5 9 5 numbers please make sure that that number he might have swapped around the iPads and shirt I had important that you make sure that the account number matches with the number that is on your folder one way to check the details especially if he did not take off the case if he has this would be easy to turn it around on the back and then the stand and then you can see the decal number for City if the reflection to be nice since we have the iPad also know that the Menehune it looks something like this there's the plastic screen protector and the rubber bumper that goes all around it and that look something like that if you're going to summer at the not here but you might have to take off the rubber part a little bit just to peek at it to see the account number and there it is but since we know that the Menehune man borrowed the keyboard and not the black case we don't have to walk off with that case as we turned here because he did not follow it so you just need that part black or he would leave that part blank to keep our case it looks something like I know some of you might have taken this case apart and that is completely fine if you took it apart and you're not comfortable putting it back together then just make sure you have all the parts auto parts so would be the back part and then there's a little tiny piece here and this rectangular bumper of course the keyboard you need to make sure all four of these pieces are returned with the case if you happen to borrow the keyboard case if even one piece is missing than that then you have to pay the whole $75 or so to make sure that all the pieces are all together if you are comfortable putting everything back together than here so small quick devil you going to start off with the back piece this is the piece with the stands in the back so you're always going to want to slide it up from the top and you'd want to make sure that this charging port is the correct way and is facing this here you don't want to be Going Hammer first because it will not slide in so do make sure that you do it the right way with the charging port first and once that slit in and you can grab smaller piece here and you will start from the right and slide it in this is a pretty loose piece it doesn't really quick and it is really loosey-goosey but if that is missing everything else won't fit so after that you're going to have this bumper piece you want to make sure that this part here the three circles are facing the left along with these people if you have a snack that in and it does take a little bit of finagling but it will go through and once that's all done you can just go ahead and not the keyboard once all that is good and you know for sure that you have everything marks than you can ahead and check returned for the iPad and checked return for the keyboard case The Men Who now will check the keyboard case because he bought a keyboard but if it said just case then he would be checking off for the black case we also know that he borrowed the flock so the iPad blocks that we went out for the school is this one the school only lends out this iPad locked this is the only charging block we are accepting if you give us this charging block or this charging block and you put this in the envelope we cannot guarantee that you will get it back but we will be charging you the 25. search for a missing charging block so please make sure that you returned the right one and you did not return anything extra that was not lent out by the school along with we can also see that the men I've had court me lunch out two different cards they're both White the first one is this L-shaped cord the lightning Port that's the iPad what core it has maybe a b or a book kind of sticker there and the end would be speak if you that one then stuff that in the envelope and check that off the ways you might have borrowed this way to this other white for the Apple Ford on this one is not nail shape that you're straight with d u s t i n. A bit different than the other one read black like this one do not accept these if you put this in the folder we cannot guarantee that you'll get it back but we will still be driving the $25 apiece make sure that you return the correct one is that is put into the envelope that will Mark that off iPad charging block returns iPad charging cord returned and then I'll be moving on to the hotspot this is what all of our hot spots look like for the most part this is an AT&T hotspot some of you folks might have gotten the T-Mobile HotSpot we have collected most of them but if he did get one of those please return that too along with that if you borrow the AT&T Hotspot you would have also gotten this charging block no matter what so if you did get this then you're going to want to make sure that you returned the right charging blocked again you're not going to accept any charging block that's like this or like this it does have to be this black one and we will know that it is ours because it was along with we also have this cord here he speaks for the hotspot again so it will be the USB and the mini USB adapter there it is okay if for some reason it is all connected mind but it will fit in is this if you plug it in and that will be what you'll be returning if you borrow the hotspot Hotspot don't worry about it we will not charge you even if your pee hotspot I can block charging cord but if it says it here and if for some reason you did not borrow a hotspot block or Cordon please make sure that you call the office so I can double-check that for you the same goes for the iPad and I passlock record if for some reason it is marked down here that you borrowed his flock but I need a cord and identify the four call the office to make sure that we're not going to be charging you the extra fee and that goes two ways these to be honest if for some reason we have you marked down as buying an iPad keyboard a block anybody for but for some reason to be honest and put that in the envelope and if you have any questions to feel free to call the office phone number is 808-672-1122 again delete 6721 122 have a good day everybody
